oven didn't heat properly called about 8:35am and by 10:00am the same day they had it fixed. I mentioned how fast the service was, but was cautioned not to expect that every time, they try to get to calls within 48 hours.
Always the best. The Franklins are long time friends and overall good people. Service is fast, efficient, and fairly priced.
I know this place as Steve's Appliance. They are terrific on repairs and sales. I've had Steve & Tom repair several appliances. The guys are very careful of objects while delivering items I've purchased from Steve's.
