Sold my mortgage to another company which caused a temporary hit to my credit rating. Will never work with them again.
The customer service for this company It’s probably the worst I’ve ever experienced for any type of industry. One department is completely unable to contact another department. They require you to send emails and never reply. I’ve had them as my mortgage company for six or seven years and had to change home insurance policies. Each time I send a cancellation notice and spend hours on the phone only for them to pay my old company and have my new home insurance company threaten to cancel coverage.
