I don’t know what everyone else is talking about the staff were so lovely and helpful. Clothes are also amazing !!
Wow. Incredibly rude staff, all on their phones or just acting super bothered to have to talk to you. Not impressed, you can go to their other location in SoHo.
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. When I asked the lead associate if a particular item was available in a certain size, she immediately cut me off and said “No, we don’t,” in a dismissive tone, even though the website showed availability. There was no effort to check the system or clarify. Later when an item fell off the hanger onto the floor, I picked it up instinctively and the same associate berated me for taking clothes off the hanger even though it was clearly unintentional. Frankie shop is one of the only brands where I can buy trousers and not have to let the hem out. I’m a tall woman and the lengths are always good for me. I also love the silhouette of the trousers, so YEARS I’ve looked for double pleated trousers, with a relaxed fit, but not too boxy because I’m also quite slim. I recently bought my first outerwear piece, the Leroy coat in white and I am in love with the quality, the warmth, and the price! I always find the best looks year round at Frankie Shop.
