Absolutely criminal return policy. They charge you for duties that our country charges. Why are they acting like it's their problem. Second, no other store does this. I don't want to know what the duties are. Just factor it all in like every other store does. They are purposely difficult. I suspect it is because of poor finances, low budgets, limited profitability.
I love this store, and I really like the team that works there, they always help with any questions!
Absolutely criminal return policy. They charge you does the tax which I know they keep bc they are a small company and then when u return the item they say go chase the duty tax on your own They are sooo criminal. They have mildly good fashions I won't return they are just too poor..
Each visit is always a miss with the extreme lack of customer service. It’s a store run by mean girls who get annoyed anytime you ask a question about an item. It’s irritating and off putting…seriously do better
Extremely off putting staff, always rude and standoffish. The store also smells like fish.
