Both the brunette and blonde sales associates were extremely rude (Sunday April 12). Acted as if grabbing a size was an extreme inconvience to their standing around and doing nothing. Challenged me when i requested a different size. Could not have been less helpful or less pleasant. If i was their boss and saw their behavior i would have fired them on the spot. It’s not the customers fault that you are hungover and/or having fomo from Coachella.
I don’t know what everyone else is talking about the staff were so lovely and helpful. Clothes are also amazing !!
Wow. Incredibly rude staff, all on their phones or just acting super bothered to have to talk to you. Not impressed, you can go to their other location in SoHo.
