Straight scam! We hired him to do some chairs for us. 13 to be exact. Parts were not put back right. Stolen headrest. Just a complete mess and waste of money. The stars is for what he did complete. Communication is absolutely horrible. I highly do not recommend. Keep searching, TRUST!!!
A true master of quality seating!
I write this review not to hate on a mans business, rather as a warning for people that are considering purchasing a chair from Frankie Designs. The only reason I give two stars is because the chair I received is a nice looking one. Frankie was very prompt getting back to me once I had inquiries about purchasing a chair. Once we had picked a chair and paid the invoice, Frankie “ghosted me” for a full month after telling me the chair would arrive in one week. This man is a CON!! I gave him my barber chair to upholster and refurbish back in August, 2018, and I'm still waiting for him to send it to me. But the thing is that he stopped answering my calls and ignores any other attempt of me trying to get in contact with him. Oh, by the way, he took my money too!! Wouldn't recommend this business to anyone! This isn't a business, it's a scam!!
