Talked to Joe for about 30 minutes about the valuation on my home . While I don’t agree 100% his explanation was detailed and took the time to explain thing thoroughly. Have to admit I left the meeting satisfied and knowing he is on our side ..
Person I spoke with was extremely rude, I was trying to ask one question about an exemption which she did tell me the website to go to to find the info but I asked since I was already on the phone with her if she could just let me know and she got annoyed and hung up on me while I was talking. Then she ran away cause I called back and someone else answered.

Joe Kral was very patient and willing to work with us when we realized there had been a mistake in our property taxes. Needless to say we were frustrated going in but Joe was transparent in sharing the process and taxes and even made a visit to our home. While Frankfort property taxes are still higher than I would like I so appreciate working with Joe to get ours corrected and updated. He was fabulous!
