I called this morning to fix a light that hadn't been installed properly by another electrician. They arrived on site within 2 hours of him, assessed the problem and repaired all 3 accessories. Very impressive service and two really lovely people. I would happily recommend and will definitely use Wheeling Electrical Services again.
I can't rate this store highly enough. So professional, so knowledgeable, incredible customer service. You can tell it's family run. Thought we were only lucky enough to have stores like this!! Ask for them - he's been so helpful every time we've been in, but all the staff seem to be excellent too.
I'm very impressed! They had me scheduled a few days out, but they were able to find some availability and move my appointment forward. Not only did the electrician who assisted us do a fantastic job on everything we needed, but he was also very polite and respectful to us and upfront about the tasks he was performing from beginning to end. I will certainly use Frankfort Electrical Services again in the future.
One of my outlets was buzzing and emitting a burning odor. I was able to take out the partially melted outlet, cap the wires, and power-off the circuit but I wanted a professional to install a new outlet to make sure that I did not kill myself or burn my house down. The two electricians they sent out to install 6 new dimmable LED potlights were extremely professional and did a great job. During the installation prep they realized there was some plumbing right where we wanted some lights, making it impossible to install the lights they brought, so they went out and quickly got some new slimmer ones that would fit in the limited space available. They also did a great job minimizing drywall damage and cleaned up after the installation was complete. We're very pleased with the lights!
