I’m so happy I found this brand! I purchased a king-size wool pillow (very well made), and although the delivery was delayed due to an issue with UPS, I was very impressed with Frankenmuth Woolen Mill’s customer service. When I called the office, Matt was patient, kind, and professional. He immediately offered to send me a replacement and personally handle the issue with UPS, which took so much stress off my shoulders. I’m writing this review to express my sincere appreciation for Matt and his excellent customer service!
I consider this a must visit place of interest when visiting Frankenmuth. More than a bedding and clothing store. This is an actual wool mill; and the historic craft is on display. There is a huge variety of wool based “works of art”. Plenty of small stocking stuffer type items as well. (Shown in the pics). Glad we can order online, because we did not have room in our suitcase for more. Highly recommend!
