Never had an issue with anyone at the Shields Michigan office! Having an office at Meijer on Gratiot makes errand day much easier! I've had 2 car loans with them and never had a problem! BRAVO!!!

Working with this credit union has been one the most frightening experiences of my life. Went into the branch to apply for a personal loan about 2 weeks ago, spoke to Grace who honestly seemed so offended I was taking up her time. Told me I’d be passed on to someone else because she was changing positions. Started working with Ethan, which has been a terrible experience.
