Honestly never had this many problems with a bank smh should have switched when I could have.Previous loan took well over 4 months for it to even go through,got handed through 6 different people all whom only one cared enough to help me just to get screwed over on it.Frankenmuth always comes up with excuses and blames you.

Mishandling of tax forms, mishandling of important personal information, seemed uninterested, kept beating around the bush about using the link, when you use the link, he never gets the documents, sent the documents out twice, still didnt get it, worst loan rep i have ever spoken too.
