I have always had pleasant experiences with this bank. Makenzi was very helpful and very kind!
I have been a member of the Frankenmuth Credit Union for about 40 years and I have always been impressed with the array of services and the customer service. I have had good success at every branch I've been to. Services are quick and helpful. I have a personal and business account with them and have used them for every loan I've ever taken out with absolutely no issues. Highly recommend them for a credit union.
Closest branch for me. The people inside are always greeting you as soon as you come through the door. Very helpful with finding answers and taking care of accounts. A very friendly atmosphere and lots of care.
Not always friendly nor helpful
