Tried to cash a check, and the guy working said I had to be a member. I worried about this, so I literally checked online before I left, and it said they'll let non members cash a check for 5 bucks. He said that's not true. Figured oh well, I'll just sign up. I'm here all the time anyway. The guy told me "not today". Seemed like he just didn't wanna do HIS job. Then BOTH Walmart's systems were down, and I wasn't able to get my check cashed today. So this lazy employee and his awful customer service really screwed me.
My Husband and I are just blown away with the service we received from Eric Wilson! He is so detailed and no time wasted with him. He is ON IT! He helped us with a Auto Loan and saved us thousands of dollars! Credit Union is the only way to go, especially with Eric who is very educational as well as being down to earth. Hours are good and longer on Saturdays. Good experiences with all tellers. Plus never have to wait in line
