This banks sucks. They use AI to field their calls. If asked me if I wanted a “serious” or “silly” response today. It told me that it had lunch with Chat GPT and told him a funny joke. Are we in a dystopian society or what? Our cards are constantly stolen or fraudulently used here. I had a check that I received from a family member and wanted to cash it in at the Frankenmuth CU in Reese. My family all have accounts there. I live out of state. They wanted $5.00 to cash that check. That's just plain greed. I cashed a check at Finanical Plus CU in Bay City on Euclid. No charge for a check that was 10X more.
