Was rented a house recently, Richard frankel was listed as owner with frankel financial and also a unknow title of a gentleman named Anthony soli . They took our money and scammed us. The house had no certificate of occupancy, the heaters were never working and the hot water tank exploded , the plumbing venting was incorrect and damaged. They rented a house to a family with toddler and that’s disgusting to do to someone. I obtained a fairly sizable mortgage from Franklin Financial. Richard told me he would be happy to help my daughter obtain an a mortgage. She submitted all the documentation to him. I emailed him no less than 4 times but he never responded.
