I met with Mr. Gaylord two months ago at which time I provided all the details in which to file a Summary Administration for monies which were located belonging to mother who passed many years ago. After spending the last two months corresponding with and obtaining information in order to obtain court order I just now got a letter in the mail stating he would not file outside Lake County. Again this information was know upfront and should have been addressed then. Instead my siblings and I wasted two months.
