I have been dealing with them for at least 25 yrs very well pleased with blade sharpening and supplies
I ordered a few items from this company for the first time. When I received them I was surprised to find, NOT my items but someone else's that were some blades & a dremel attachment. I had ordered 3 pr of hemastats for pulling out hair of my poodles' ears, some plaque spray, & tear stain remover. I've sent 3 emails with pics of my receipt & what I received, never getting a reply as to where my items are. Frank Rowe used to be a small family owned business with personal service. That is no longer. I called there yesterday and was insured that there was a sharpener there daily. After driving over 90 minutes I was then told the sharpener is not there daily, they only have a part time person and who ever answered the phone is from a call center not even located in their location. Amazing business. I accidentally came across them one day and im so glad I did! I always receive my packages quickly. I will only use them for all of my grooming supplies l!!
