Professional, kind and caring staff and a lovely facility.
Amazing! I recently moved Mum from another care home to Frank Prendergast House to be closer to my home. The staff were so welcoming, smiling and friendly all introducing themselves to Mum explaining their role with her care. They also took time to comfort me and gave me reassurance that Mum will have the best of care. Garden tools are available for those who want do some gardening, a couple of adorable budgies in the sitting room are an added comfort for the residents to enjoy.
