On the plus side, he did review documents from buyers and went over his thoughts patiently. We did complete the sale. For getting us to the finish line, he gets a 5 star. On the (very) minus side, he was deceptive with his rates. He told us one set of fees, and when I confirmed later, he changed them all AND added a fee per failed purchase, rather than one single fee for failed sales. In my opinion, this guy is unethical and creates more problems than he solved. He also drags his feet and wastes time, so he can charge you more. And he will charge you a lot! He’s desperate for cash especially after his ex-wife left him for and old high school boyfriend she found again on Facebook. I’ll let him tell you the story, and he’s gonna tell you ALL about it.
