This man advised my husband in 2024 for that tax season that we should not file married until 2025 on our tax’s since we were married so late into the year of 2023. Fast forward one year to find out that was incorrect and that now we had to pay back the government a large sum of money. To this day we are dealing with that incorrect information and the penalties from it in other forms. I strongly suggest you avoid this accountant as he doesn’t seem to know what he is doing.

We used Frank 2 years ago to file my wife's and mine tax return. It was filed incorrectly twice and we were notified by the CRA regarding this. It has now been over 2 years and this issue still has not been resolved. We are contacting CRA on a ongoing basis and have not received a apology or support from Frank whatsoever. This has caused a lot of stress for the both of us as the CRA thinks we owe $12000 plus which we don't thanks to our new account
