Brill i would recommend great company .
Just wanted to share my experience of this company. I went in with a budget in mind, and when I told the lovely lady how much I had to spend I was told that I would struggle to find something, She made me a coffee and went on her computer to see if she could find me something close to. I was made to feel very welcome and I really appreciated that as a lot of companies would have just turned their back, but the lady I spoke to was lovely. Thank you from a future customer.
Amazing customer service Walked in with a 60% chance of making a purchase and was welcomed with a friendly smile and a brief overview of the merchandise and location, it was great, we were left to browse without having to give an itinerary of who we are, what we're looking for, why etc...just when we had about finished browsing, the lovely Wendy appeared and in a non-pursuit fashion and we spoke for about 10 mins about the type of sofa we think we want, and finally with Wendy's help, made the right decision Thanks to both We... read more
What a wonderful experience it is to purchase a Three piece suite from this company. From first visit to delivery, no pushy sales staff, genuinely interested in customer service. Nick and Lee installed our furniture expertly, explained how the controls worked, took our old furniture away. Very polite and friendly, thank you all at Frank Knighton’s.
