We can’t thank Frank Knighton enough for the great way we were treated by Richard and Wendy in store, and our new furniture was delivered by Nick and his colleague. We had experienced 20 months of poor quality furniture from marks and Spencer, having received 3 suites…. all faulty in one way or another! We were given all our money back and we decided we wanted a Parker knoll suite. We live in Stratford upon avon so it was quite a drive to visit the Parker knoll show room. But well worth the drive.
