If I could, I would leave 0 stars. They are rude, they don't handle paperwork correctly, & one of the "lawyers" isn't even actually licensed in the U.S. They will send WRONG INFORMATION on your paperwork, causing you to get denied. THEN they will send you a letter informing you they can no longer handle your case just for asking for your file. I cannot stress this enough, GO SOMEWHERE ELSEEEE!!!!!!
I would not recommend Frank Guerra Law Firm I was sent a legal deposition notice for a case that I was not involved in, which caused stress and confusion. Aida was persistent that there was no mistake. My husband got in contact and asked her once again if she was sure it was the correct person and she told him that she had been doing this for over 40 years and had never made a mistake . Very rude and unprofessional especially from Aida. Have not received an apology from frank or anyone over how names were confused
joined the solar lawsuit they had going on, at first they were really quick to respond then once they got the info they needed i have not heard anything from them since April. phone calls and emails go unanswered.
