I have been working with the crew at The Shade Shop for five years. They have a well-deserved reputation for being a landmark in Southern Maine for their excellent service on top-quality products. If you need shades, blinds, etc... call in and ask for Dawn or Jan. Great people, fantastic company!

The staff at the Shade Shop went above and beyond their duty. I brought them a Bali shade that was broken to ask if they can fix it. They do not sell Bali, but they took my shade anyway and looked at it to try to help me. They could not fix it but suggested where I could go to get help. They did not have to do that since they did not sell me the shade. I was able to get it fixed through their suggestion. Their customer service is outstanding and understanding.
