We ended up doing most of the work then get charged over 2k for a relatively straightforward 1040 tax return. People make mistakes so we let it slide for a couple years but it’s only gotten worse since they’ve become Prager. We ended up having to file for an extension because THEY were not ready with our return. As the filing deadline got close, they didn’t respond to or requests for status. We have since left for better, cheaper accountants that don’t hire rookies to screw up simple returns. Bye.

Family owned business and it shows in their excellent communication and care for their clients. They’ve been doing my taxes for years and I couldn’t be happier. Always able to answer all my questions quickly and they never make me feel like I’m bothering them. Taxes always done efficiently and on time. Won’t ever go anywhere else.
Overcharged for services not rendered and held critical information for ransom. If I could give them a zero, I would.
