Frank is a brilliant physiotherapist. A work colleague spoke very positively about her physio, and when I was having trouble walking, I made an appointment. I had already seen two podiatrists, and there was little to no relief after thousands of dollars spent on their treatments. After the first treatment with Frank, I felt better. I couldn’t believe it! After an injury I was fearful my strength training days were over. I'm so grateful to have been referred to Frank. His diagnosis and treatment of not only the obvious pain but also the deeper causes of my problems has allowed me to get back to the gym pain free. I have a far deeper understanding of what my limitations are, and he's given me extensive advice on how adapt my training to suit.
