The best decision I have made after moving to the area, I thought it was time to up my skincare regime being in my 50's. Janine handled my skin with so much care and educated me on what I could do everyday to help my skin. The treatment was so relaxing and my skin feels amazing. The best part is that Janine formulated a plan for my skin moving forward. I am scheduled for another treatment and cannot wait.
I recently called Frangipani Beauty in Ballina, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The new owner was incredibly rude and dismissive, talking over me while I was trying to explain my concerns. There was a complete lack of compassion or understanding, which made me feel undervalued as a customer. The treatment I received failed to deliver on the promises made, and when I sought assistance, the owner was unwilling to help. Sue was great, she explained the treatment and what i was to do as well after the treatment. Sue made me feel at ease and very comfortable. Sue also explained the payment process and spoke to me about further treatments.
