I left feeling extremely excited and uplifted, knowing I am truly in good hands with Madeline, to the point that I had a happy cry of relief on the way home. She is incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and so easy to talk to. I absolutely love her holistic approach; it’s not just about skin, it’s about the whole person. You can genuinely feel how much she cares and I am so so grateful to have found her ✨
I have just completed IPL with the lovely Sarah at Frangipani Skin & Body in Ballina. Sarah is a true professional and has a lovely gentle nature which makes my visits very enjoyable. My skin is looking amazing!! Thanks again Sarah.
The best decision I have made after moving to the area, I thought it was time to up my skincare regime being in my 50's. Janine handled my skin with so much care and educated me on what I could do everyday to help my skin. The treatment was so relaxing and my skin feels amazing. The best part is that Janine formulated a plan for my skin moving forward. I am scheduled for another treatment and cannot wait.
I recently called Frangipani Beauty in Ballina, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The new owner was incredibly rude and dismissive, talking over me while I was trying to explain my concerns. There was a complete lack of compassion or understanding, which made me feel undervalued as a customer. First time for a treatment at this little haven away from the world. All the girls are just lovely and you are their number one priority.... Had a spa pedi - there were 3 of us, one being the birthday girl 🥰 and the pedi was heaven! Thank you for looking after us so well on Saturday. You will definitely be seeing us again 😍
