I highly recommend the CO2 Ultra and Microneedling combination package. I did 2 sessions of microneedling and 1 session of the CO2 Ultra laser. The staff was fantastic at managing my expectations regarding downtime and comfort. The microneedling was great for a glow, but the CO2 Ultra was the real game-changer for my skin texture and tone. Absolutely loved my first session at Frangipani Clinic. I felt welcome and cared for as soon as I walked in the door. The service was exceptional- tailored to my needs, friendly, professional and authentic. I had the skin needling and my skin is recovering very fast. I was back at work the next day with only a little bit of redness. No one would know I had a skin treatment. Misleading advertising- offer a skin treatment at one price, take a deposit, and when you arrive tell you your skin is only suitable for a treatment many times the price - win win for them, you either lose your $50 deposit or accept their many thousand dollar treatment. Since I have posted this they have replied with the offer of a refund for the deposit. Why didn’t they offer it? I will never visit this salon again. My first visit for skin needling was positive — the beautician recommended some products, which I trusted and even purchased, and suggested I come back for a China Doll facial. However, when I returned for that appointment, the experience completely changed. Before starting, they insisted on doing facial scan photos and then spent 25 minutes pressuring me to buy more products.
