Extremely rude and made me feel I wasn't worth their time. Front desk was so busy gossiping it took 7 minutes for them to acknowledge me. They didn't let anyone know I was there waiting to open an account. Person in office told me that it would be a PAIN to transfer my money to their bank! Bad business all the way around!
