Recently got to home loans through Frandsen Bank and Trust in the Montgomery Lonsdale location the mortgage broker was very unknowledgeable and put me into a position to take a loan that I did not want whatsoever!!! He took it upon himself to decide what I could afford!!! He had all my financial information and failed to read the fine print on the types of loans that I was qualified for.
