I don't live in Baxter but knew that there is a Frandsen Bank there. I am a customer in Pine City. Very disguised to find that they have no drive up hours on Sat. What the heck? Do you think everyone can get into the bank only M-F by 4pm? Customer service sucks. No Fridaynights, no Sat. AM.
I stopped in here on (5/27) and was helped by two very friendly tellers in the lobby. Service was outstanding and would definitely do business with them again.
