poor customer service. so quick to run your account down and hold all. of your deposits until they drain you with overdraft fees. if made several attempts to deposit money before a bill comes out. they continually hold deposits for multiple days costing you hundreds in overdraft fees. Big corporation banking robbing hard working Americans. never again. I am currently switching.
Recently got to home loans through Frandsen Bank and Trust in the Montgomery Lonsdale location the mortgage broker was very unknowledgeable and put me into a position to take a loan that I did not want whatsoever!!! He took it upon himself to decide what I could afford!!! He had all my financial information and failed to read the fine print on the types of loans that I was qualified for. I feel very ripped off and cheated!!! Decisions that I should've been able to make were taken away from me!!! Just thought you should know ... read more
