I not only wanted to thank Francy Law Firm but also wanted to convey my thoughts on the organization as a whole. Having to deal with a law office is never fun but dealing with "people" who actually answer the phone, outline options and actually call back is "customer" service that seems to have been forgotten. They listened when I let them know we felt we were mislead in a situation. They acted as the mediator to ensure communication was ongoing. This is the most horrible law firm ever! I've never had such immature people try to contact me and throw papers at my door when you don't answer because I WASNT HOME! the lady was talking crap at my door and I got it on camera. such a ridiculous behaved place and their charges they add on for petty stuff is also a joke. karma catches everyone. the way you guys treat people will come back around one day. treat people the way you want to be treated!
Keep calling after ive locked and had a restraining order.
