It was our son’s last day at Kindercare Franconia Road and to say it was an emotional day is an understatement. My son started at this center 2.5 years ago at only 3 months old. Like every first time mom, I was anxious about leaving my baby with strangers but that was short-lived. I refused to place my child here because of their atrocious communication skills while I was just trying to set up a virtual tour. I directly expressed my concerns to them but I’m still getting canned emails months later, my concerns have not been acknowledged, and I feel harassed. I’ve had to block several different email addresses to try and stop hearing from them. Maybe this negative review will finally get them to stop! Don’t place your child here if they can’t handle simple communications!

We loved Franconia Road KinderCare. Ms. Rosita and Ms. Veronica loved my child. Ms. Keisha and Ms. Denise were really responsive to the MANY messages I sent thru the app. We also LOVED that they sent us so many pictures.

Our daughter has been attending KC since she was 9 months old and is now in preschool. We've been very pleased with the quality of care and education she's received. Every teacher she's had has been warm, experienced and dedicated to her development. Our daughter has made great friendships here and loves her teachers! The building is on the older side, so I would love to see KinderCare corporate invest in updating the facilities and standardizing them across all locations to help the staff and teachers deliver the best.

Wow what an amazing center!! I have had my twins enrolled for 2 moths and I don’t have anything bad to say about Kindercare on Gum st. The staff is great! The teachers Ms Diana and Ms Emani are great! They are very attentive and work well with the kids. The center always has something fun planned for the kids and they keep them busy! They had a glow party that was simply amazing!
