I’ve been very happy with my sessions with Françoise. She does more than just provide a massage...she also helps you understand what may be causing the pain or stiffness and suggests practical changes to improve things. She was actually the first massage therapist who noticed a problem with my foot arches and suggested I see a foot doctor. Except for a treatment I had on a trip 5 years ago, it's been more than a decade since I had a massage. Almost every time I went then, I end up with a migraine after they massage my neck.
