Stuck with the bill to cover his mistake We had an extensive patio added last June. After the June drought was over and the July rains fell we ended up with a flooded basement because the new patio was built incorrectly and the rainwater went into our house. We had a dry basement for 17 years until the patio went in. DO NOT USE! We requested a quote from Franco in Brownsburg, Indiana and they came to the house and we negotiated a price. We had all of our plants picked out that we were going to plant. We were told several times that they would come out but there were never any set dates the answers were always vague. What we were told was they would be out by the end of the month. Well the last day of the month came and went and they never showed up. Now the items that we have to be planted are not planted and our landscapers are no where... read more
