I was there for a drug screening and was in and out in exactly 30 minutes.
If i could give zero stars i would. The moment i walked into the urgent care with my 1 year old to be seen. The front desk staff wasnt very pleasant and they were very slow in everyhing they did. We only waited about 5 minutes to register, about 30 mintues to be taken back, and then we waited long enoigh in the room for the motion lights to shut off..at that point i gave it another 15 mintues to see if someone would come in the room. Do not go here.. My ear was full with wax..The nuse used this bottle . If dent tell her to stop. She would break my eardrum. I had go see my ear Dr. Come find out she put a little hole Belive he wasn't happy!! Back in 2024..
They lock the doors before 6! If they are going to close before 6 then they need to change their hours on the door. OR put up a sign that you must be there by a certain time! I had to do a mouth swab today. They still had 12 minutes to close. It takes me less than a minute to do my swab. Im done quicker than it takes them to sign the papers. Both my visits here have been nothing short of pleasant! I came here to get a TB test done after work and I was in and out both times in under 30 minutes. I certainly enjoy the care and friendly people here
