Yes very rude. They act like the patients were a bother to them. I believe I waited 3 hours for a 10 minute evaluation by the doctor. Never want to go back.

I came to working well today to have a Drug Test done for employment. Prior to coming I drank water, of course so I would be able to have enough sample. I waited almost 2 hours to be called while holding my specimen inside! I went up to the receptionist, by the name of Karen, to get an update. This lady was so dismissive and RUDE! I had to let the internet know!
