I came to working well today to have a Drug Test done for employment. Prior to coming I drank water, of course so I would be able to have enough sample. I waited almost 2 hours to be called while holding my specimen inside! I went up to the receptionist, by the name of Karen, to get an update. This lady was so dismissive and RUDE! I had to let the internet know!
I litterally been calling they referred me to somewhere and I ain’t got no help at all I’m already in pain I can never get threw on the phone poor service
Sometimes an injured worker needs someone with them for support and management of their care. One particular staff member was incredibly rude to us and they basically will not let you support your loved one. You can hear her clear as day crap talking other patients. She also had on house slippers at work. Fuzzy ones. Waiting room is dirty, packed and everyone is just coughing everywhere.
This place is completely unprofessional. My mother injured her hand at work and has osteoporosis from her cancer Treatment. The receptionist gave her a cast for the left hand when she injured her right hand. When my mother came back and let them know they gave her the wrong arm, they walked in the back and started laughing like it was some joke. I received a injury, and they wrote me off Like if I wasn’t even hurt in the first place Still experiencing Terrible pain They just waste your time If I could put negative stars I would, Worst place to get help.
