I came in for a respirator fit test and to say it was eventful is the least. I was in the waiting room when we had tornado sirens start going off… they openly allowed to me to go shelter with them without hesitation. What a great group of people! We waited for the warning to pass before it was business as usual! After the wait, I was in and out in no time. They were very friendly all throughout the visit! The one who actually gave the fit test was very nice and she explained everything very well. 10/10 definitely recommend!
The other reviews about the receptionist were right. She is one of the rudest, most incapable people I have ever had the displeasure of talking to. I walk into the building, say hello to her, and get zero acknowledgment or response. She is sitting there listening to another receptionist’s phone call. After standing there (again, not even a glance in my direction.), she points me to the next receptionist and says to talk to her. This new receptionist is so sweet. The Staff here are so polite and helpful but waiting 2 hours more than appointment time is ridiculous
Horrible wait times
They really need to get that old generation out of these places , super rude and just sit there talking bad about people as there waiting in the waiting room
