Went for a dot random test drank water as directed became ready to produce. Made me wait 1.5 hrs for a test that takes 10 mins. This place is ridiculous and the staff is rude.
Lady at the front desk (short hair) was rude when asked a simple question. Not the first time I’ve had a poor encounter. I would rather go somewhere with an hour wait than trust their services.
Staff are super friendly and it’s a clean environment, the only complaint I have is the waiting time could be better
Thank you to the nurse practioner that saw me today. She went above and beyond. Great bedside manner. Hope to call her Doctor one day soon!
