Lady at the front desk (short hair) was rude when asked a simple question. Not the first time I’ve had a poor encounter. I would rather go somewhere with an hour wait than trust their services.
Staff are super friendly and it’s a clean environment, the only complaint I have is the waiting time could be better
Thank you to the nurse practioner that saw me today. She went above and beyond. Great bedside manner. Hope to call her Doctor one day soon!
Went here for a standard employment drug screening and felt like an absolute burden to staff. No clear communication during the process, no inquries on prescribed medications (i had to ask myself), which I found out after the fact will cause complications and delay my whole employment process.
Franciscan working well/express care has the worst billing system EVER! Since October, I have received numerous statements for being self-pay!!! Today, I am still dealing with this issue when a simple X-ray was done. Wasn’t seen by any provider! I walked in and handed the front desk my X-ray order and told her I was paying cash! I have wasted a lot of time going back and forth with numerous people! I can easily go to south lake mri and get an X-ray done for $50! No questions asked!
