Franciscan Retreats have an excellent blend of scheduled time to free time allowing you to fully relax as you explore questions of faith. Feel free to skip certain sessions if your need to relax is stronger than the pull of the session. Very tasty meals cooked and provided on site. Franciscan Retreats are Catholic based but very open to all denominations.

I attended a silent retreat and it was probably one of the best things I have ever done for myself. The staff and spiritual team are simply amazing. If you are considering a retreat, don’t hesitate. Do it!
