The rudest people out there who schedule therapy the office was closed for water problems they called after my 88 year old mother's appointment time to tell her so we were there then I left 3 messages never got a return phone call then she hung up on me!! You should care more about your patients !! Especially the elderly ones!! Shame on you !!

Well, the only Review for this location is a lowest - 1 star,. The complaint being "no one ever answers the phone, and desk person being rude." Since I haven't yet had my 1st session appt; I can't comment or give a Review. However.. Kelly (not a Therapist) who rapidly returned my call & VM in less than 2 minutes, was very pleasant, helpful with offering what help she could, had a good sense of humor - obvious, since she was reacting to mine, & made me feel welcome when I begin the Aquatic PT offered here.
