Totally disorganized. I’ve waited, on multiple occasions for up to two hours before getting called. The waiting room was not busy. Less than four people waiting. Once in the room, I’ve been made to wait another half hour to forty five minutes before being seen by a doctor. With the exception of Christy, the front desk, assistants were surly at best.
