I had an issue that weighed heavily on me for 7 years. Nothing I did could break the cycle and stop it from affecting me and my mental health. It's been a few weeks since my session and I can honestly say the cycle has been broken. Although I still find myself thinking about it on occasion, likely out of habit, I feel as he said I would. Indifferent. Absolutely life changing. I am eternally grateful and will be booking again
