Nothing about the session was uncomfortable like traditional talk therapy and I instantly felt better after our meeting.
Never done Hypnosis before, It was a very unique and interesting experience. Gordon was great and was very quick to analyze and read me right away. I wasnt asleep or hypnotized but it was sort of like a coherent dream. I cant say for sure if this was the help I needed to start to overcome my addiction or not however it did help me see and think differently moving forward. I would definitely recommend anyone struggling to at least try it once.
6 months ago I had one hypnotherapy session with Gord in order to try and eliminate my sugar cravings. I can happily report that I’m down another 20 lbs and it definitely made a huge difference! I have several other areas in my life I intend on seeing guidance from Gord for now as he provides a safe and welcoming environment with this unique therapeutic treatment,
I had such an amazing experience with Gord. I went in hoping to get over my phobia of bloodwork. Going in I was very nervous but his presence was so comforting. I never thought I’d see the day where I would be able to get bloodwork again. I truly cannot recommend him enough. Thank you again!
I was really nervous during my first session, but willing to try hypnosis because nothing else had helped shift my state of mind. I felt stuck in negativity and couldn’t pull myself out of it. Gord helped me gently walk through my challenges and guided me toward a more peaceful mindset. He gave me clarity around the issues I was holding onto and supported me in releasing them. I now feel more positive, lighter, and more like myself again. What a relief. Gord is truly excellent at his craft.
