BEWARE!!! Frustratingly slow response and lack of attention. His paralegals/secretaries are not very bright and they start to get angry if you call once a day to get a status update. I guess I can't blame them if their boss is a lazy bum. Frank came as a recommendation from a real estate agent. NEVER again!
