Call center is a joke. 3 hours for a call back, and they accuse me of being disgruntled because I am frustrated that they changed my tax return to benefit the state of CA instead of maintaining it the way it was filed. Lazy personnel, who will not help you when the state is in the wrong and owes money.
They just hung up on me when I asked them a question that was inconvenient to squeezing money from me
Inefficient is an overstatement.
OK experience but the street parking is not good for handicap or wheelchair users.
