I spoke to Stephanie this morning regarding a order that was supposed to have been sent out last week... And she said, "no it hasn't been sent out' in such a rude manner. And didn't offer any further assistance. It's such a shame because now I have to call cooperate and file a formal complaint on this store. BTW it's been going on for 18 days to be exact.
FYI no one wearing masks - none of the staff.
