I went in today not really looking for anything in particular but the girl working was super nice and personable! She was knowledgeable about the sale items. I wish I got her name because she made my day. I am also glad their dressing rooms are open as well and the girl working was making sure the store was tidy and clean. I will definitely be back soon!
I love to shop at francesa’s lately I’ve been shopping at this location and unfortunately was not pleased with my visit. Girls where talking bad of a new hire, then turn at me and couldn’t even give me the full attention. I go back the next day unfortunately my dress didn’t fit, and marlene very inappropriate towards me. Couldn’t even say “sorry it didn’t fit” or “thank you have a good day” I got nothing! But her back! When she got done with me! Marlene has POOR customer Services!
