From the moment I walked through the doors of Francesca’s Atelier I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Francesca’s has the most amazing gowns- perfect for mother of the bride or groom. The designers are amazing and the staff at Francesca’s are so lovely. I highly recommend going here for any special occasion dress needs.
I hate posting bad reviews, and I completely understand that it was beyond the store’s control that the dress arrived damaged. Unfortunately, it was the way the situation was handled afterward that left a lasting impression. Customer service matters, especially when you’re spending a significant amount on such an important purchase. The one star is solely for the beautiful dress itself. I only wish the customer service had matched it.
Francesca's Atelier has beautiful one of a kind dresses and an amazing shopping experience. I bought my Mother of the Bride dress from Francesca's and It was a stunning dress.
