Amazing people work here!
This is the second time I have had a dress made at Francesca’s Atelier for one of my children’s weddings and I have had a wonderful experience both times! The ladies at the shop were able to translate my vision into a reality, carefully curating the perfect dress for my occasion. They were delightful to work with and they even helped complete my entire look, advising me on my shoes, jewelry and undergarments. My third child is getting married next year and I will be back for sure!
Absolutely appalling experience—do not trust this store with your special occasion. I ordered a custom dress from this store in October 2024 for my daughter’s wedding in May 2025. I was reassured multiple times that they would handle everything—precise measurements, ordering, and alterations—because the dress was heavily beaded and couldn't be easily adjusted.
