I went in today and didn't get a welcome or if I needed any help. The white girls that work there, one of them looked at me and rolled her eyes. I don't know this girl so, I don't know what's that about. Never going back. If they're racist against color people, might as well put up a sign.
The female store employee lacks basic customer service with bad attitude. She should at least receive basic courtesy training. She acts like she is the boss of every customer. Never going to this store again!
This place was so aesthetic and the dresses were beautiful!! I had gone to get a dress for my spring dance and they were perfect! The only thing was they were a bit out of my budget. Other than that, I totally recommend.
My family and I love to visit the Santa Anita mall for a good walk, to eat, and shop. One of our go-to stores when we arrive is Francesca’s. My daughter loves their collections and they always have good sales available. The jewelry and accessories are trendy and good quality. My daughter loves their dresses because they are perfect for summer and fit really nice. The sizes run from small to 3X Large, but they may be limited in stores.
