I normally LOVE Francesca's and ship there all the time and I have never had an issue with anything from there until I purchased a purse and carried it 2 days and the strap broke! I took it back with the original receipt and tags and the manager refused to return the item. She stated I could only exchange it for something else. I typically wouldn't mind exchanging it but after the purse broke I felt that it was only right to return the item for me to purchase something at a later time.
