She filed my father's return without his consent or approval. Now we have to go through identity theft procedures with the IRS because of her. My father asked her not to file his return, he retrieved his paper work and did not pay her to file his return. She did not have the right to file his return! Now when we try to contact her she doesn't respond. We're going to sue and are in the process of reporting her to the IRS to make sure that she gets her licensed revoked.
