She is a professional through and through from appointment setting to appointment reminder with tips; to the day of the shoot and making you feel comfortable and look your best; to follow up and a selection of images for you to choose from. I am very pleased with my new headshot. I might add a few years ago Frances also did a family photo shoot for us, so we are a repeat customer! Five stars!
